Security at the entrance of condominiums. Gates are vulnerable places in buildings. The most used way to assault condominiums is on the front gates, as visitors or using violence to invade. Lack of internal security rules The lack of rules that may establish how employees of a building must act with visitors, is another risky factor. That’s why some companies should be aware of security. They must hire trained, specialized, capable people. If there’s no company with there’s no company managing the building, residents themselves must look for these kinds of companies. Hint from a specialist Nowadays, security companies and equipments are available in all Brazilian cities. Costs vary according to their sophistication and complexity of the projects. But prices are not so high. So, competence must be a priority concerning to security. Besides, attention to the human resources is extremely important.
